Part Two: Introduction of main parts

(one)  machine configuration

1. The first unwind device is jointed of square steel, channel beam and iron steel

2. The main machine configuration adopts 25mm steel plate and steel pipe to brace.

3. Transmission cover adopts 1.5mm armor plate

4. The second unwinder and rewinder are installed in the machine stand.

5. Use imported NSK bearing

 (two) unwind device

1. Adopt single station unwinding 

2.The first unwinder adopts 100N·M magnetic brakes;

the second unwinder adopts 50N·M magnetic brakes

3.The unwinder adopts  3″ pneumatic expanding shaft, the diameter of  paper tube is 76mm

4. The first unwinder adopts automatic web edge guider which made in Taiwan.

5. The second unwinder:  manual web edge guider.

(three) rewind device

1. single-station rewinding
2. The rewind tension is controlled by 50N.M magnetic clutch
3. The axes of rewinder adopts 3″pneumatic expanding shaft , the diameter of paper tube is 76mm
4. The length of rewind can be manual or automatic

(four) hot melt extruder

CE Certificate:

Delivery Time: within 30 working days after we receive the deposit

Payment Term: 100%T/T, 30% T/T in advance as a deposit and the

balance before we send the machine from our mill.

Installation: the seller will send for a engineer for installation if customer

need. The charge of accommodation, food and round air-tickets, salary

USD60 per day for engineer should be paid by the buyer. The normal

period of installation is within 7 days, the buyer needs to delay unless

special condition.
